• Prepare and manage technical documentation and tenders, including supplier selection.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment across interfaces.
• Monitor construction and commissioning activities (HVAC & piping).

HVAC & Black Utilities SME – Belgium, Brussels – Initial 12-Month Contract – Life Sciences

We are looking for an experienced HVAC & Black Utilities SME for a fantastic 12-month contract based in Brussels.

You will be supporting our client who are a global biopharmaceutical organisation committed to improving the lives of people afflicted with neurological and immunological disease.

What You’ll Do

• Define and validate HVAC and black utilities technical solutions during design phases
• Challenge and approve engineering contractor deliverables and technical specifications
• Prepare and manage technical documentation and tenders, including supplier selection
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment across interfaces
• Monitor construction and commissioning activities (HVAC & piping)

What you’ll need:

• Extensive relevant experience expected
• Strong background in HVAC and engineering projects within pharma/biotech environments
• Strong expertise in HVAC (primary focus) and good understanding of black utilities/piping
• Experience in pharmaceutical environments (mandatory) and/or biotech.
• Ability to manage both design and execution phases of projects
