Elia Group offers a four-month traineeship as a High Voltage Designer (Substations) in Brussels. You will prepare drawings and documentation during pre-study and design phases for new HV installations, while coordinating with Powerlinks, Civil Works and Low Voltage interfaces.

The program includes hands-on training with our design tools and practical design exercises. The program is delivered in Dutch to align with Dutch-speaking projects, and site visits are included to see real

Qualifications

Hold a degree or have experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., electrical engineering, electromechanics, automation, construction engineering, or engineering).
Interest in design activities; knowledge of a 3D CAD software package is an asset.
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset; able to work independently.

Responsabilités

Prepare drawings and related documentation during pre-study and design phases for high-voltage substations.
Integrate interfaces with Powerlinks, Civil Works, and Low Voltage into studies.
Work in a Dutch-delivered training program and translate theoretical knowledge into practical experience.
