Rise Technical is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join the on-site training team in Oostende, Belgium. You will deliver HV/LV training to delegates, ensure safe delivery, and progress through instructor development with structured training and shadowing.

The role is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, on-site with a clear path toward becoming a specialist instructor and contributing to course development and client needs.

Qualifications

• HV/LV training experience required for delivering on-site sessions.
• Ability to present to stakeholders at multiple levels and manage training delivery.
• OSCE-standard course documentation and assessment knowledge would help.

Responsabilités

• Deliver HV/LV electrical training on-site (including cabling).
• Prepare training areas and run sessions to timetable.
• Assess delegates and complete course documentation to standard.
