HiSERV, based at Brussels Airport in Zaventem, seeks a Senior Technician/Technical Trainer to support technical teams, improve equipment reliability and deliver expert training in electrical and high-voltage systems.

You will act as the go-to technical expert for complex faults, shape technical standards, mentor colleagues, and promote safety, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electromechanics and related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with fault diagnostics, measuring instruments, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
• Willingness and capability to obtain HEV 3 certification.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analyses and solve complex technical issues.
• Hands-on approach with active involvement in technical work.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve advanced electrical, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical faults on GSE.
• Perform repairs, adjustments and follow-up interventions when required.
• Conduct root cause analyses on recurring equipment failures and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, especially during high-voltage work.
• Design and deliver technical training programs.
• Coach and mentor technicians through demonstrations and guidance.
• Document findings, analyses, recommendations, and training materials.
• Support recruitment by assessing technical competencies and practical skills of candidates.
