A leading international manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced HR Director to lead the people strategy across the UK, Benelux and Nordic regions.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Global HR leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the regional HR strategy, supporting business transformation and building a high-performing, engaged workforce across multiple manufacturing sites and corporate functions.

This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence business-critical decisions during an exciting period of growth and change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR strategy across the UK, Benelux and Nordics.
• Act as a trusted business partner to regional and global leadership teams.
• Drive organisational transformation, change management and cultural development.
• Lead talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Champion employee engagement, performance and organisational effectiveness.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, including experience working with unions and works councils.
• Lead and develop the regional HR team while ensuring alignment with the global people strategy.
• Support business growth, organisational design and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Proven HR leadership experience within an international manufacturing, industrial or engineering environment.
• Strong experience operating within a multi-country, matrix organisation.
• Demonstrated success leading organisational change and business transformation.
• Experience working with unionised manufacturing environments and employee representatives.
• Commercially focused with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English is essential; additional European languages would be advantageous.
