Pauwels Consulting is seeking a senior HSE specialist to support a remediation program and production ramp-up in a highly regulated GMP environment. You will manage CAPA, risk assessments, and incident investigations while ensuring compliance and readiness across the site.

You will lead HSE governance, training, and performance metrics, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive remediation objectives during facility restart activities. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in industrial HSE and compliance coordination.
• Prevention Advisor Level 2 certification (Level 3 might be considered).
• Experience with CAPA, incident investigations, and risk management processes (HAZOP) in GMP environments.
• Proficient in ISO 14001 standards and workstation risk assessment methodologies.
• Fluent in French with working knowledge of English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate HSE priorities and support remediation programs related to legal compliance and CAPA management.
• Act as the primary HSE contact for the manufacturing area and participate in governance forums.
• Develop and monitor site prevention plans while managing work permits and contractor activities.
• Lead investigations into incidents and deviations to define and follow up on corrective actions.
• Implement HSE performance metrics and organize safety communications or training initiatives.
• Maintain workstation risk assessments and participate in HAZOP activities to support risk management processes.
• Drive project planning and coordination to ensure remediation objectives are achieved during facility restarts.
