Daikin Europe is seeking an HR Officer to join the HR Service Center based in Ostend, with the possibility to visit other Belgian locations. You will support payroll administration, benefits management and HR processes, while collaborating with HR CoE and unions to ensure timely and accurate HR services.

You will handle questions on payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, and social/legal issues, contributing to data quality in systems like SuccessFactors and SAP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in HR, Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in HR focusing on payroll, remuneration and benefits.

Responsabilités

• Handle monthly salary payments and employee benefits.
• Manage leave entitlements and part-time employment.
• Address social and legal HR issues and maintain personnel files.
