Eurofins is seeking a Group Offer expert to manage internal offer validation, contract drafting, and document administration for Eurofins employees beyond Brussels and key international leaders. You will coordinate Belgian employment offers, compensation packages, and net simulations with our payroll team.
You will ensure accurate personal files, act as a trusted contact for managers, and drive HR process improvements across recruitment systems and guidelines with universities and partners.

The Group Offer team is a critical component of our corporate office and collaborates closely with the Talent Acquisition teams across the Eurofins network, working on internal and external offers, transfers, and promotions for Eurofins key employees and leaders and Group Service Centre (GSC) employees. The Group Offer team also works closely with colleagues from the payroll, compensation and benefits, tax, and legal departments.
