Jobtailor is seeking a proactive HR intern to support a range of HR activities across Sagacify and Craftzing. The role focuses on mapping HR processes, recruitment support, onboarding content creation, and data analysis to identify gaps and align policies.

You will collaborate with the Head of Talent & Culture and assist with communications, onboarding content, and team-building events while developing a broad understanding of HR operations in a multi-entity group.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field
• Genuine interest in recruitment, onboarding, process optimisation, and organisational change
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
• Fluent in French
• Professional proficiency in English
• Dutch is a plus
• Comfortable with presentation tools such as Canva or Gamma
• Confident using Google Workspace, especially Docs and Slides
• Enthusiastic, reliable, eager to learn, and responsible
• Enjoys working with diverse teams and engaging with people
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to ask questions and take initiative
• Previous HR or related work experience or internships are a plus, but not required
• Available to start as soon as possible for 3 to 6 months

Responsabilités

• Map and compare HR processes, policies, and benefits across Sagacify and Craftzing entities
• Identify gaps and inconsistencies while supporting HR alignment
• Harmonise HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and internal policies
• Prepare integration communications, announcements, FAQs, and onboarding content
• Help organise team-building activities and cross-company events
• Analyse HR data across the group and identify missing or outdated information
• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and following up with applicants
• Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks and general HR initiatives
• Work closely with the Head of Talent & Culture
• Contribute ideas to support organisational integration, culture, trust, and momentum
