A leading biscuit manufacturer is seeking an HR Business Partner in Brussels to manage HR processes for 80 employees. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and implementing internal communication strategies. Candidates should have a master's degree in HR or business and at least 5 years of experience. Proficiency in English and French is required, with Dutch being a plus.

In order to further enhance our People & Organization team, we are seeking an enthusiastic colleague to join our team in our Brussels office.
As HR (People & Organization) Business Partner and Internal Communication Expert you will be responsible for the tactical and operational soft HR processes and projects in Brussels. On top of this you will be responsible for internal communication across the international group. You will be part of the international People & Organization team. You will collaborate closely with the HR Director.
You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle for employees in Brussels (approx. 80 employees split over three companies). This includes recruitment, onboarding, performance, learning and development and offboarding. This also includes conflict management, local projects and events. You will be the line manager of the Office and fleet manager for Brussels.
You will also be responsible for the FBC Group internal communication projects, from strategical thinking to operational implementation. This includes making a communication strategy, keeping the intranet up to date, implement new tools and systems, ... You will collaborate closely to the External communication manager.
