Job Description
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Support employee onboarding and training coordination
  • Maintain and update HR records, databases, and personnel files
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Provide administrative support in performance management and HR projects
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
  • First experience in HR administration or a similar role (internships included)
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Proactive and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
