NH Brussels Airport, part of NH Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and actively contribute on the ground. You will manage preventive/corrective maintenance, plan inspections, monitor energy use and costs, and coordinate with contractors to uphold high hotel standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in technical maintenance, a technical degree in electrical/HVAC/electromechanics, and fluency in Dutch or French, with English as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in technical maintenance, preferably in hospitality or service sector.
• Technical education in electrical engineering, HVAC or electromechanics.
• Fluent in Dutch or French; English knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Practical, hands-on problem solving and a structured, clear approach.
• Able to work independently and in a team; good MS Office, SAP CMMS/GMAO and BMS familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Lead the maintenance team and provide hands-on technical support when needed.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, installations and facilities.
• Analyze faults and resolve operational issues.
• Plan statutory inspections, technical checks and safety controls.
• Monitor energy consumption, maintenance costs and budgets.
• Prepare project plans and maintenance schedules; ensure deadlines.
• Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and supervise their work.
• Maintain contact with external authorities (e.g., fire brigade).
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest and staff safety and comfort.
