NH Hotels Brussels Airport is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the team and stay actively involved in day-to-day maintenance. You will manage preventive and corrective tasks, budget oversight, and coordination with suppliers to ensure reliable guest experiences.

You will drive energy efficiency, safety compliance and cross-department collaboration, while delivering hands-on technical support as needed. Join a professional team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in technical maintenance, preferably hotel/service.
• Completed technical education (electrical, HVAC or electromechanics).
• Dutch or French fluency, English a plus.
• Practical, problem-solving mindset with structured approach.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Familiar with SAP, CMMS/GMAO and BMS systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the maintenance team and provide hands-on technical support when needed.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for guest rooms, public areas and facilities.
• Plan statutory inspections and safety controls.
• Monitor energy use, maintenance costs and budgets.
• Prepare project plans and maintenance schedules with deadlines.
• Work with external suppliers and monitor quality of work.
• Maintain contact with external authorities, including fire services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest and colleague safety and comfort.
