Job summary

A.S.Adventure in Belgium is seeking a senior Scrum Master to join our IT organisation in Hoboken (Antwerp) and lead agile delivery across multiple teams. You will coach ceremonies, improve working agreements, and ensure backlog health while aligning with business goals.

You will mentor mid-level and junior Scrum Masters, drive scaling practices, and promote data-driven improvements using flow metrics. Our international team offers an open culture and challenging projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Agile delivery experience with Scrum Master focus across multiple teams.
• PSM II or equivalent certification required; A-CSM or similar preferred.
• Experience coaching agile transformation and data-driven delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coach and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple teams, focusing on continuous improvement and psychological safety.
• Define and evolve team working agreements, metrics, and experiments.
• Identify and remove impediments at team and cross-team levels, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and tech leads to maintain backlog health and alignment with business goals; mentor other Scrum Masters.
• Support multi-team planning, scaling practices, and agile framework adoption.
• Analyse flow metrics (velocity, cycle time, WIP) and coach teams to improve with data.
• Represent Agile practices in cross-functional discussions and leadership forums.
• Support organisational change initiatives related to Agile delivery.

• 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master working across multiple teams.
• PSM II, A-CSM, or an equivalent advanced Scrum or Agile coaching certification.
• Working knowledge of Lean practices such as value stream mapping, waste elimination, pull systems, and flow optimisation, with the ability to apply them to improve delivery.
• Proven experience coaching teams and stakeholders through Agile adoption and organisational change.
• Experience with scaling practices such as multi-team planning, dependency management, and communities of practice.
• A strong command of flow metrics (velocity, cycle time, work in progress) and data-driven improvement.
• Experience facilitating in distributed, multi-country delivery environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and servant leadership.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity and organisational politics.
