Job summary

Jobat is seeking a Healthcare Compliance Representative in Steenokkerzeel, Belgium. This role supports district employees to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements and follows up on corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will possess global logistics industry knowledge and prior compliance experience. Responsibilities include managing GDP tasks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that facilities meet required standards.

You will also take charge of corrective actions and support customer-related product operations.

Qualifications

• Must have global knowledge of the logistics industry.
• Previous experience within compliance is required.
• Relevant college degree and fluency in English are must-haves.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clear understanding of GDP tasks with CR Back-Up.
• Conduct all GDP tasks as per customer requirements.
• Maintain facilities and equipment to GDP standards.
• Risk assess all GDP activity impacts.
• Support operations on product returns and recalls.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements in SOP.
• Manage Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Inform customers of shipment issues in writing.
• Lead and implement GDP initiatives in the district.
• Participate in management reviews and departmental meetings.
