IQVIA in Brussels is seeking a Consultant to contribute to analytics-enabled consulting engagements for pharma, consumer healthcare, biotech and medtech clients. You will analyze client challenges, perform quantitative and qualitative research, and craft data-driven recommendations while partnering with Senior Consultants and project leaders.

The role offers growth opportunities across healthcare analytics, with exposure to a variety of clients and therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or another quantitative field.
2-4 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, market research, business intelligence, commercial excellence, or consulting.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and a genuine interest in data.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an asset.
Good understanding of business processes and commercial decision-making.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative team player with a proactive and curious mindset.
Native-level Dutch or French, with fluency in English.

Responsabilités

Analyze client business challenges and support the development of tailored solutions.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Support the design and execution of market research and consulting projects.
Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and project deliverables.
Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Contribute to project planning and delivery, including managing specific workstreams when appropriate.
Continuously develop knowledge of consulting methodologies, analytics tools, and the healthcare industry.
