David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. in Sterrebeek is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety operations and drive compliance in a premium health club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, supervise a team and contracted technicians, and ensure training aligns with company standards.

Required qualifications include IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent, facilities management certification, and a strong grasp of safety regulations. A service‑led mindset and commitment to guest experience are essential.

Qualifications

• IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
• Facilities management qualification (HND, Diploma, etc.).
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Experience maintaining a facility and its safety standards.
• Experience leading a service-led facility team (e.g. gym/club).
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day health and safety compliance at the Sterrebeek club.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead and train the H&S team and self-employed contractors.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and timely safety audits.
