Aliaxis seeks a Head of Strategy Execution & Transformation Office to lead the EMEA transformation agenda, aligning priorities and accelerating cross‑functional initiatives across a matrix organization.

Reporting to the EVP EMEA, you will partner with senior leaders, drive governance, track KPIs, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed to sites to deliver tangible business impact regionally.

Qualifications

• Manager‑level experience in management consulting, complemented by strategy execution, transformation, operational excellence, or program management.
• Experience driving transformation within matrix organizations with a hands‑on approach and senior leaders partnership.
• Executive communication skills and ability to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to drive alignment across functions and geographies.
• Project management expertise including governance, dependency management, and performance tracking.
• Certifications PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, Scrum Master, Agile Coach are an advantage.
• Experience working across multicultural environments with regular travel across EMEA.

• Manage multiple projects with local business teams, including regular travel to sites.
• Drive collaboration and governance across the EMEA Leadership Team, PMOs, and global stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and remove obstacles to maintain momentum.
• Track project performance and transformation progress through KPIs, dashboards, and actionable reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement, simplifying processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and facilitating solutions in an international stakeholder environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Track projects performance and transformation progress through KPIs, dashboards, and actionable reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement, simplifying processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and facilitating solutions in an international stakeholder environment.

ABOUT YOU

Success in the position requires outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and drive alignment across an international organization.

Key requirements:

• Manager‑level experience in management consulting, complemented by relevant in‑house corporate experience in strategy execution, transformation, operational excellence, or program management.
• Experience driving transformation within matrix organizations, with a hands‑on approach and close partnership with business teams and senior leaders.
• Executive communication skills and strategic thinking, translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps, and influencing decision‑making at senior leadership level.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a passion for being close to the business and driving alignment across functions and geographies.
• Project management expertise, including governance, dependency management, and performance tracking.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are an advantage.
• Experience working across multicultural environment, with the flexibility to travel regularly across EMEA to understand operational realities and engage with local teams.
