Aliaxis seeks a Head of Strategy Execution & Transformation Office to lead the regional transformation agenda in EMEA. You will align priorities with the EVP EMEA, drive cross-functional initiatives, and enable effective decision-making within a matrix organization.

Reporting to the EVP EMEA, you will manage multiple projects, partner with business teams, and travel across sites to ensure execution excellence and tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Manager-level experience in management consulting with in-house strategy execution or transformation exposure.
• Experience driving transformation in matrix organizations with cross-functional partners.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate priorities into roadmaps.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-geo alignment skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across EMEA to engage with local teams.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the EMEA transformation agenda and ensure strategic alignment and delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with the EVP EMEA, providing insights, performance visibility, and decision support.
• Manage multiple projects with local business teams and planned site visits.
• Drive governance and collaboration across the EMEA leadership team and PMOs.
• Anticipate risks, manage interdependencies, and remove obstacles to maintain momentum.
• Track project progress using KPIs and dashboards, with actionable reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement and simplify processes for organizational effectiveness.

We are seeking our future Head of Strategy Execution & Transformation Office to lead Aliaxis’ EMEA transformation agenda. Partnering directly with the EVP EMEA, you will drive the execution of strategic priorities, foster collaboration across functions and geographies, manage multiple projects and enhance organizational performance and business impact across the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the EVP EMEA, the role aims to drive the regional transformation agenda by aligning priorities, integrating cross-functional initiatives, managing multiple projects, and enabling effective decision‑making across a matrix organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Coordinate the EMEA transformation agenda, ensuring strategic alignment, execution excellence, and delivery of cross‑functional initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the EVP EMEA, providing insights, performance visibility, and recommendations to support decision‑making.
• Manage multiple projects in close collaboration with local business teams, including regular travel to sites.
• Drive collaboration and governance across the EMEA Leadership Team, PMOs, and global stakeholders, ensuring accountability and disciplined execution.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and remove obstacles to maintain momentum on critical priorities.
• Track projects performance and transformation progress through KPIs, dashboards, and actionable reporting.
• Promote continuous improvement, simplifying processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and facilitating solutions in an international stakeholder environment.

ABOUT YOU

Success in the position requires outstanding stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and drive alignment across an international organization.

Key requirements:

• Manager‑level experience in management consulting, complemented by relevant in‑house corporate experience in strategy execution, transformation, operational excellence, or program management.
• Experience driving transformation within matrix organizations, with a hands‑on approach and close partnership with business teams and senior leaders.
• Executive communication skills and strategic thinking, translating business priorities into actionable roadmaps, and influencing decision‑making at senior leadership level.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a passion for being close to the business and driving alignment across functions and geographies.
• Project management expertise, including governance, dependency management, and performance tracking.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, Scrum Master, Agile Coach) are an advantage.
• Experience working across multicultural environment, with the flexibility to travel regularly across EMEA to understand operational realities and engage with local teams.
