Elia Group is seeking a Head of IT Solutions & Architecture to lead a team of 50-60 professionals and ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape Elia's application landscape and modernize across cloud-native platforms.

The role requires strong IT leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to drive governance within delivery teams while guiding senior stakeholders on architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience.
• Solid IT leadership experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to shape Elia's application landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT Solutions & Architecture department.
• Ensure teams have necessary skills and resources.
• Define and drive the organization's technology strategy.
• Provide strong technical leadership within product teams.
• Ensure governance principles are applied in delivery teams.
• Implement modernization roadmaps towards cloud-native solutions.
• Manage key relationships with technology partners.
• Advise the CIO and senior stakeholders on solutions and architecture.
• Oversee application lifecycle management and modernization initiatives.
• Develop talent and career paths within the Architecture & Solutions community.
