Aufgaben

• Definieer en voer strategie uit voor facilitaire, onderhouds- en engineering op sleutel locaties.
• Zorg voor maximale beschikbaarheid en operationele continuïteit van apparatuur.
• Leid preventive en corrective maintenance programma's voor geautomatiseerde infrastructuur.
• Beheer technische teams, externe aannemers en serviceproviders.
• Ontwikkel en bewaak onderhoud-KPI's, begrotingen en prestatiestandaarden.
• Stimuleer continue verbeteringsinitiatieven en verminder downtime.
• Coördineer grote CAPEX-projecten, site-upgrades en investeringen.
• Zorg voor naleving van veiligheid, milieu, regelgeving en kwaliteit.
• Ondersteun automatiserings- en technologische verbeteringen in de operatie.

Head of Facility Management

• Define and execute the facilities, maintenance, and engineering strategy across key operational sites.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and operational continuity.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programmes for automated infrastructure and technical assets.
• Manage engineering teams, external contractors, and specialised service providers.
• Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs, budgets, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Oversee major capital expenditure projects, site upgrades, and infrastructure investments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Support automation initiatives and technological enhancements across operations.

Profiel

• Degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
• Extensive leadership experience within logistics, manufacturing, industrial, automated warehousing, cold chain, or similar asset-intensive environments.
• Strong expertise in maintenance management, engineering operations, and technical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and major investment projects.
• Proven capability to manage budgets, suppliers, and performance improvement programmes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Comfortable operating within a fast-growing, international organisation.
