Job summary

Perrigo is seeking a Head of CMO Quality to provide strategic leadership and quality oversight for its external manufacturing network. You will guide a diverse portfolio including medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics, biocides, and dietary supplements, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific discipline such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering.
• Extensive Quality leadership experience in a regulated healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer health environment.
• Proven experience managing CMOs and global manufacturing networks.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, audits, inspections, and compliance.
• Experience leading international teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Perrigo’s global CMO Quality strategy and oversight model.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international quality team.
• Build strong partnerships with Contract Manufacturing Organisations and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Oversee quality activities across the product lifecycle, including technology transfers, product launches, manufacturing, testing, packaging, release, and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen quality performance across the external manufacturing network.
• Lead quality governance, risk management, audits, inspections, and remediation activities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory Affairs, and Operations to ensure reliable product supply without compromising quality.
• Stay ahead of evolving global regulations and ensure compliance across a diverse portfolio including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, biocides, and food supplements.

Scope of the Role
