Perrigo is offering a BIS Professional Immersion Internship to kick-start your marketing career. As Brand Manager intern, you will support executions, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination under the Category Lead Benelux.

Description Overview

Kick-start your career through a BIS (Professional Immersion Internship), a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop valuable skills, and learn from experienced colleagues in a dynamic business environment. This full‑time internship can last up to ix months and is designed as a learning experience rather than an employment contract. As the Brand Manager intern, you will support the execution of marketing and brand initiatives to drive growth and awareness in the market. Reporting to the Category Lead Benelux, you will assist in day‑to‑day activities, including campaign execution, market analysis, and cross‑functional coordination. This role is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to develop foundational skills in brand management.

Scope of the Role

• Assist in Brand Marketing Execution
• Support the implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans as directed by the Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager.
• Contribute to the preparation of annual, quarterly, and monthly business planning requirements.
• Help adapt global guidelines to local market needs, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Coordinate Market Activation Plans
• Assist in the planning and execution of local activation campaigns across digital, in‑store, and other channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Regulatory, Sales, and CS&I) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Support new product launches (NPD) by coordinating timelines and deliverables
• Track Campaign Performance & Market Trends
• Monitor campaign KPIs and compile reports on performance for review with the team.
• Help gather and analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer feedback.
• Assist in compiling competitive analysis and market insights to support decision‑making
• Support Administrative & Budget Management Tasks
• Help track brand budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
• Lead artwork declinations for new product launches or relaunches
• Assist in maintaining documentation and timelines for marketing campaigns and projects.
• Provide general administrative support, such as preparing presentations and meeting materials

Experience Required

Experience: Experience in a marketing, brand management, or related roles

• Skills: Familiarity with marketing principles and campaign execution is a plus
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams across functions
• Tools: basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools Is a plus.
• Language: Dutch or French native, professional working sufficiency in the other; Fluent in English.

Participants receive a monthly gross compensation of €1,150 for a full‑time internship, in line with Belgian BIS and VDAB guidelines. To be eligible, applicants must have the legal right to reside in Belgium and participate in a BIS programme, including any required residence or work authorisations.
