Biopharma Careers is seeking a Hard services system owner specialist in Geel, Belgium. You will be the technical hub for HVAC and utility processes within a cGMP environment, coordinating improvements and ensuring optimal capacity and reliable operation.

As system owner, you will drive investigations, support deviations, and lead project start-ups while shaping budgeted investments and cross-functional collaboration with auditors and stakeholders in a dynamic pharma setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical field (electromechanics, chemical technology, industrial engineering).
• Minimum 3 years in a technical environment; 5–8 years for senior profiles.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC, utilities, Black Utilities, air and industrial gases.
• Familiarity with cGMP regulations, quality and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and implement improvements to operational processes in Facility Management, focusing on capacity and efficiency.
• Act as system owner for critical HVAC and utility systems; oversee capacity, reliability and energy efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analyses for data deviations; support investigations and deviations.
• Contribute to defining, budgeting and planning of investment projects; coordinate project start-up teams.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and serve as spokesperson during audits.

Over de functie

• Als Hard services system owner specialist binnen ons Facility Management-team ben jij de technische spil voor onze HVAC- en utiliteitsprocessen in een cGMP-omgeving.
• Je zorgt voor de coördinatie en implementatie van verbeteringen op operationele processen binnen Facility Management, met focus op optimale capaciteit en efficiënte werking.
• Je voert root cause analyses uit bij afwijkende data, ondersteunt bij investigations en deviaties, en fungeert als system owner voor kritische systemen.
• Je evalueert en optimaliseert de capaciteit, betrouwbaarheid en energie-efficiëntie van Technical Operations-processen.
• Je werkt actief mee aan het definiëren, budgetteren en plannen van investeringsprojecten en coördineert project(start-up)teams.

Over jou

• Master of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring (bij voorkeur technische richting: elektromechanica, chemische technologie, industriële ingenieurswetenschappen).
• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een technische omgeving (voor senior profielen 5-8 jaar).
• Aantoonbare kennis van HVAC, utilities, Black Utilities, Air en gassen in industriële of farmaceutische context.
• Vertrouwdheid met cGMP-regelgeving, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen.
• Analytisch en proactief denkvermogen met focus op oplossingen en verbetertrajecten.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor samenwerking met interne/externe stakeholders en optreden als woordvoerder tijdens audits.
• Talen Nederlands en Engels.

The salary range for this position is :€67.835,67 - €101.753,51 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
