Lighthouse is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Architect in Ghent, Belgium. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, designing secure enterprise architecture and overseeing development while spending at least half your time building with Apex and LWC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 5 years hands-on with Salesforce (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
• Track record of architecting complex, secure enterprise systems with scalable designs and solid documentation.
• Fluent English and executive-level communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design secure, scalable enterprise architecture for Salesforce and connected systems.
• Lead hands-on development with Apex and LWC for at least 50% of time.
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and documentation (HLD/LLD).
• Mentor and review code for Salesforce developers.
• Oversee release management, deployments, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
