Barouche in Genk is seeking a staff member to join our fast-paced pita concept, bringing sunshine and Mediterranean flavours to guests. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, support daily restaurant flow, and help with stock checks, mise en place and till operations.

You’ll also welcome new team members during their first weeks and maintain high hygiene and food quality standards. We are a growing startup with ambition and opportunities to grow.

Responsabilités

• Help create a friendly atmosphere and a great experience for our guests.
• Work closely with your team and support colleagues on the floor and behind the scenes.
• Support the daily flow of the restaurant and help keep shifts running smoothly.
• Assist with stock checks, mise en place and operating the till.
• Welcome and guide new team members during their first weeks.
• Pay attention to hygiene, safety and the quality of the food we serve
• Handle guest questions or comments in a friendly and customer-focused way
