MyGamePlan · Leuven, Belgium · Full-time
MyGamePlan is a football analytics platform used by professional clubs across Europe, the US and the Middle East. Coaching staff use us for team performance, opponent analysis and player development; with MGPT, our AI football analyst, at the core: it turns any football question into measurable insights, backed by data and video, on their own matches.
We are a small team, and we run the company the way we build the product: AI-first, automated by default.
Most companies hire a GTM engineer to build their go-to-market machine. Ours already runs, and it's further along than most: an AI pipeline that drafts hyper-personalized outreach for prospect clubs every morning and tracks every open, click and reply; a CRM maintained by AI agents so it stays a live, correct model of the football world; a campaign engine that turns our own match data into personalized sales assets for every club in a league.
The problem: this machine was built by our founders and still depends on them. It grows in their spare cycles, and its backlog of obvious extensions grows faster than they can ship. We're hiring the person who takes the keys - you own the machine, you run it, and you're accountable for its output: meetings booked, pipeline coverage, conversion. Concretely, you will:
Bonus: outbound experience, B2B SaaS funnel work, football knowledge.
