Merchery in Brussels is seeking a Content Marketer to own email communications and website content. You’ll leverage our CRM and CMS, turning expertise into compelling copy and shaping workflows to support our lifecycle strategy.

The role is cross-functional, collaborating with Content & Growth Managers, and involves researching, writing, producing emails, blog posts and pages, plus A/B testing and optimisation. You will grow with the company as it scales across regions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience with CRM tools and CMS platforms.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling for emails, blogs and webpages.
• Experience running leadgen campaigns and delivering measurable results.
• Fluent English; proficiency in 1+ regional language (German/French/Dutch/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Produce email communications and manage email campaigns.
• Maintain and edit website content across pages and landing areas.
• Localise content for main regions and align with SEO strategy.
• Collaborate with Content & Growth Managers across Sales, Marketing and Product.
