Job summary

stow Group in Belgium is seeking a Group Workplace Expert to own endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android using Microsoft Intune. You will shape our modern workplace strategy, lead technical initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to IT and business stakeholders in our international organization.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, fluent English (Dutch/French a plus), strong Intune and endpoint security knowledge, and a proactive,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Microsoft Intune and endpoint management expertise across multiple platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, application deployment and endpoint security.
• Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API, project delivery and mentoring engineers.
• Security-minded, proactive and customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Added Advantage: Microsoft certifications, Defender for Endpoint, Windows Autopatch or Endpoint analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android using Microsoft Intune.
• Own device configuration, enrollment, security, compliance, updates and application deployment processes.
• Drive automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Monitor device health and user experience, ensuring secure and reliable IT services.
• Lead modern workplace projects, including integrating newly acquired companies.
• Manage hardware lifecycles, supplier relationships and Microsoft licensing.
• Act as the technical lead for complex endpoint issues and mentor workplace engineers.
