Job summary

stow Group is seeking a Group Workplace Expert to own and advance endpoint management across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android using Microsoft Intune. You will shape our modern workplace strategy, lead technical initiatives and advise IT and business stakeholders across our international organization.

Join a multicultural environment with 350+ servers, global data centers and 35 remote locations. Travel ~10% and mentor mid-level engineers as a technical design authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Microsoft Intune and endpoint management expertise across multiple platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, application deployment and endpoint security.
• Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, project delivery and mentoring engineers.
• Security-minded, proactive and customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android using Microsoft Intune.
• Own device configuration, enrollment, security, compliance, updates and application deployment processes.
• Drive automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Monitor device health and user experience, ensuring secure and reliable IT services.
• Lead modern workplace projects, including integrating newly acquired companies.
• Manage hardware lifecycles, supplier relationships and Microsoft licensing.
• Act as the technical lead for complex endpoint issues and mentor workplace engineers.
