A leading supplier of storage solutions is seeking a Quality & Compliance professional to improve and align quality standards across multiple production plants. The role requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in metal processing. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essential, and the candidate should be open to travelling 30% of the time to various sites. Responsabilités

• Improve and align quality standards across production plants.
• Support implementation and development of ISO9001 and EN1090.
• Coordinate activities between production plants and departments.
• Conduct supplier audits and prepare for customer audits.
• Collaborate with local QHSE Managers to raise quality standards.
• Validate suppliers and perform supplier audits.
• Prepare and participate in customer audits.
• Travel to plants, suppliers and customer sites (~30%).
• Support continuous improvement projects and purchasing with technical knowledge.

stow is one of the leading suppliers of storage solutions. Our core activity is the development, manufacturing and installation of top-quality racking systems for the storage of palletised or small goods and longer items, as well as mezzanine structures.

Job Description

Quality & Compliance

• Improving and aligning quality standards in all production plants (France, Germany, Portugal, Czech Republic, Turkey) and in cooperation with key suppliers.
• Establishing continuous improvement projects.
• Supporting with the implementation and further development of ISO9001 and EN1090.
• Coordinate different activities between the plants and different other departments (R&D, Engineering).
• Cooperate with the different local QHSE Managers of all production plants to raise/level the quality standards.
• Validate suppliers and perform supplier audits.
• Prepare and participate in different customer audits.

Documents

• Create technical specifications and policies.

Reporting

• Create measurement reports both conventional as by using a 3D measuring arm & scanner.

General Support

• Travel to the different production plants, suppliers and customer sites to be able to perform the tasks as described above (30%).
• Supporting different continuous improvement projects related to quality.
• Supporting the purchase department when specific technical knowledge is required.

Qualifications

Your profile

• You have a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electromechanics,…
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a production environment of metal processing
• You are open to work in a production environment
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
• You are a teamplayer and a good communicator
• You are open to travel 30% per month to our different construction sites
