The Group GSE Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and driving the implementation of concepts, tools, and processes to optimize the performance, data transparency (e.g. eGSE %), cost‑efficiency, safety, and sustainability of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) fleets across all group country organizations.
Acting as a central expert function, the role works in close collaboration with local GSE Managers, influencing outcomes without direct hierarchical authority.
