Let''s Work Roeselare Food is seeking a precise grinder to finish aluminium profiles in a facility that produces and customizes exhibition stand components. You will alternate between production runs and bespoke pieces, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to drawings.

You will grind, deburr, and visually inspect profiles, process orders via ERP, and maintain equipment. The role offers a starting wage of €17.50 per hour plus meal vouchers, with a focus on precise workmanship.

In this role, you will ensure the precise finishing of aluminium profiles and frames. You will alternate between production runs and bespoke work, with quality always being the top priority. You'll receive a salary starting at €17.50 per hour, depending on your experience, supplemented by meal vouchers.

What does your day look like as a grinder?

• You will grind and deburr aluminium profiles in accordance with the technical drawings


• You carry out visual quality checks on your own grinding work


• You alternate between series production and custom‑made pieces


• You process production orders via an ERP system


• You follow quality through control sheets


• You carry out first‑line maintenance, e.g. replacing sanding brushes, maintaining work equipment, etc.
