Let's Work Roeselare Industry in Belgium is seeking a metalworker / grinder to join night shifts in the Roeselare region. You will finish aluminium profiles with precision and verify quality in line with technical drawings.

The position combines production line and bespoke piecework, with a strong emphasis on accuracy. A comprehensive training programme supports skill development, and the role offers meal vouchers with a starting rate of €16 per hour.

In this role, you will ensure the precise finishing of aluminium profiles and frames. You will alternate between production runs and bespoke work, with quality always being the top priority. You'll receive a **salary starting at €16** per hour, depending on your experience, supplemented by **meal vouchers**, and you'll have every opportunity to develop your skills further thanks to a comprehensive training programme.

**What will your day look like as a grinder?**

• You will grind and deburr aluminium profiles in accordance with the technical drawings
• Using visual inspection and the necessary measuring instruments, you'll carry out quality checks on your own grinding work
• You'll alternate between production line work and piecework
• You process production orders via an ERP system
• You carry out first-line maintenance, e.g. replacing sanding brushes, maintaining work equipment, etc.
