Netcompany Belgium is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to shape digital communications for European audiences. You will develop compelling web and social assets, infographics, icons, and motion graphics, while maintaining strong visual identity across projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conceptualize data-driven visuals, and ensure accessibility and high-quality design. Fluency in English (C1+) and a Bachelor's degree are required, with 6+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of graphic design experience.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and Canva.
• Experience creating web assets and compelling infographics.
• Fluency in English (C1+).

Responsabilités

• Develop compelling digital assets for web and social networks (banners, illustrations, icons, infographics, motion graphics).
• Conceptualise and deliver web-adapted infographics with data interpretation and visualization.
• Edit photos to enhance visual quality for websites and social media posts.
• Advise on visual communication strategies when needed.

Are you ready to discover the role of a Graphic Designer in Netcompany?

As a Graphic Designer you will:

• Developcompelling digital assets for web and or social network use (e.g. banners, illustrations, icons, infographics, motion graphics and interactive elements).
• Conceptualise, designand deliverweb-adapted infographics, including gathering and simplifying data and data interpretation, concept development and visualisation.
• Editphotos and images to enhance visual quality of websites and or social media posts and fit design requirements.
• Advisewhen needed on visual communication strategies.
• Developvisual identity materials and templates for special projects.
• Maintain graphics standards; develops and implements design concepts; creates original graphics.
• Provideexpert guidance to deliver materials that are accessible, informative, and engaging for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• A relevant Bachelor's degree and minimum 6years of experience
• Proven experience in the field of graphic design with a record of staying abreast of industry trends and providing creative and innovative solutions
• Strong practical experience in the use of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other graphic design tools.
• Experience in using online tools (e.g. Canva) to create high-quality infographics
• Creativity and innovative design skills
• Familiarity with user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
• Fluency with English language (C1+)
