A leading automotive company in Belgium is seeking a recent University Graduate for the Graduate Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor role. The candidate will manage and train a team to ensure efficient warehouse maintenance operations, overseeing repairs, inspections, budgeting, and adherence to safety standards. Qualifications

• Recent University Graduates with less than 18 months experience excluding internships.
• Fluency in local language or English.
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management.

Responsabilités

• Supervise corrective maintenance and efficient execution of repairs.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Assist preparation of maintenance schedules and correct estimation of re‑work.
• Conduct inspections during operations on procedures & applications by maintenance members (behavioural checks).
• Inspect & approve corrective actions to identify racking systems and supervise application of legally required processes.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

About this job

Manage and train a team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of warehouse maintenance. You’ll oversee corrective repairs, inspections, budgeting, reporting, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise corrective maintenance on approach, standards & efficient execution of repair.
• Supervise and request development by contractor for maintenance technicians.
• Create clear reports that can be used for analysis & detection of root cause of outages.
• Assist preparation of maintenance schedules and correct estimation of re‑work.
• Conduct inspections during operations on procedures & applications by maintenance members (behavioural checks).
• Inspect & approve corrective actions to identify racking systems and supervise application of legally required processes.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
