About this job
Manage and train a team to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of warehouse maintenance. You’ll oversee corrective repairs, inspections, budgeting, reporting, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Your responsibilities
- Supervise corrective maintenance on approach, standards & efficient execution of repair.
- Supervise and request development by contractor for maintenance technicians.
- Create clear reports that can be used for analysis & detection of root cause of outages.
- Assist preparation of maintenance schedules and correct estimation of re‑work.
- Conduct inspections during operations on procedures & applications by maintenance members (behavioural checks).
- Inspect & approve corrective actions to identify racking systems and supervise application of legally required processes.
- Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Who are we looking for?
Your profile
For TME Graduate positions we target recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships).
- Local language or English.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance operations/systems (PLC/AutoCAD/Ultimo/MS Office).
- Excellent intervention planning & leadership abilities.
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
