A SaaS company based in Ghent seeks a Go-To-Market Marketeer to refine product positioning and execute marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in product marketing, a strategic mindset, and be fluent in Dutch and English. This role offers a hybrid working model and an extensive training budget, aiming to grow our customer base and improve user experience.

Scope:We are looking for an ambitious go-to-market marketeer that can refine our product’s positioning and messaging, and develop as well as execute successful go-to-market strategies
Language requirement: Fluent in both Dutch and English
Location: Ghent, Belgium; or Amsterdam, the Netherlands; with hybrid/on-site working model

As a Go-to-Market Marketeer at Teamleader, what you’ll do:
Using company data & market research data you are able to understand buyer personas and customer needs of entrepreneurs. You will analyse competitive products and market trends to identify opportunities and threats
Together with the product team you will develop, manage, review and evolve Teamleader’s Go-To-Market plan to articulate:
What we sell (pricing, packaging, product positioning, and promotions)
Who we sell to (who are our ideal target markets, segments and personas, etc)
How we sell to them (which channels, what messaging, jobs to be done, triggers, etc)
Develop a value proposition that clearly communicates the benefits of our products and develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with smaller SME’s
Planning and executing product launches by successful communication plans and educating the team about the new features and inspiring them to create content that resonates with our target audience.
Plan and execute multichannel product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand. Collaborate with our internal Brand Studio to create high-impact marketing materials, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and videos.
Work with cross-functional teams to manage and optimise the journey of our customers, from first contact to paid customer. You enable sales, product and customer success to make sure we deliver the best experience to our customers. This ranges from micro-copy for our products to shaping product growth experiments.

Experienced in product marketing for a successful software product or have GTM experience in other industries
You are fluent in Dutch and English
