Septentrio is seeking a skilled engineer to own and drive resolution of complex customer issues in collaboration with Engineering, PM and Operations. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, GNSS/INS solution benchmarking, and close interaction with customers and partners.

You will provide technical guidance and training, analyze application data, and contribute to product improvements while supporting prototype evaluations and early engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's or technical bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science, geomatics or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of software and hardware integration.
• Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.
• Customer-oriented attitude with interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel ~5–10%, English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive resolution of complex customer issues with Engineering, Product Management, and Operations.
• Solve technical problems through data analysis, troubleshooting, and issue replication.
• Use AI and automation to improve documentation, knowledge sharing, data analysis, and support tools.
• Provide technical guidance and product training to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Equip Field Application Engineers with necessary product knowledge.
• Benchmark and assess GNSS and GNSS/INS solutions in customer environments.
• Analyze application data and competitive solutions for performance, usability, and robustness insights.
• Support validation, field testing, and technical investigations.
• Provide customer feedback and application insights to influence product development.
• Support prototype evaluations and early customer engagements.
• Improve products, support processes, and technical infrastructure.
• Support key customer opportunities and design-ins with advanced technical expertise.
• Engage selected customers to understand challenges and maximize use of Septentrio technology.
