Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Project Manager/Engineer for a pharmaceutical manufacturing site to lead capital investment projects. The role focuses on design and implementation of equipment across facilities with an emphasis on maintainability and long-term reliability.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage stage-gate documentation, evaluate suppliers, oversee FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ, and ensure GMP compliance while handing over maintenance plans and spare parts to the site team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing capital investment projects from definition through commissioning.
• Strong maintenance and reliability engineering knowledge for sustainable design.
• Collaborative with maintenance and technical service teams to deliver projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders to meet budget and timelines.
• Manage project documentation aligned with stage gates and report status and cashflow to steering committees.
• Investigate business cases and prepare technical scopes, URS, and budget requests for new installations.
• Lead basic and detailed design phases including supplier evaluations and design reviews.
• Oversee construction, installation and commissioning including FAT/SAT and IQ.
• Execute change management and provide OQ/PQ validation support within a GMP environment.
• Develop and hand over maintenance plans, spare parts lists, and documentation to the maintenance organization.
