Sharp Belgium (Hamont-Achel) zoekt een Operations Manager om dagelijkse productieactiviteiten te leiden en te optimaliseren, met focus op kwaliteit, compliance en efficiëntie. Je stuurt een cross-functioneel team aan en rapporteert aan de Site Manager in een steeds veranderende productieomgeving.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Bewezen ervaring in productieleiding in een gereguleerde en kwaliteitsgerichte omgeving.
• Ervaring met GMP-omstandigheden en een dienstverlenende productieomgeving is een plus.
• Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van operationele verbeteringen en transformatie-initiatieven.
• Sterke analytische en procesgerichte denkwijze.
• In staat om complexiteit te vertalen naar structuur en concrete verbeteringen.
• Zeer goede communicatie en beïnvloedingsvaardigheden over afdelingen heen.

Responsabilités

• Zorgen voor betrouwbare, conforme en efficiënte uitvoering van dagelijkse productie-activiteiten.
• Leveren van consistente output afgestemd op klantprioriteiten en planning.
• Zorgen voor uptime en beschikbaarheid van productiecapaciteit (apparatuur, personeel, training).
• Sturing van planning-naleving en middelenoptimalisatie in productie.
• Beheren van productieapparatuur incl. onderhoud, kalibratie en data-integriteit.
• Optieme bijdrage leveren aan audits door processen en praktijken duidelijk uit te leggen en te verdedigen.
• Leiding geven aan transformatie van productieprocessen naar een gestructureerde en schaalbare aanpak.
• Implementeren van prestatiemanagement, KPI's en controles voor operationele stabiliteit.

Operations Manager - Sharp

• Ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient execution of daily production activities
• Deliver consistent output aligned with customer priorities and planning requirements
• Safeguard uptime and availability of production capacity (equipment, workforce, training)
• Drive planning adherence and resource optimization across production
• Ensure effective management of production equipment, including maintenance, calibration, technical performance and compliance with data integrity and audit trail requirements, through a structured and reliable technical organization
• Act as a strong role model for GMP standards and patient safety awareness
• Take ownership for decision‑making in production with patient safety as the first priority
• Support audits by clearly explaining and defending operational processes and practices
• Lead the transformation of production processes towards a more structured and scalable model
• Implement performance management systems, KPIs and control mechanisms to ensure operational stability
• Monitor operational performance, identify trends and proactively drive corrective and preventive actions
• Identify structural inefficiencies and drive cross‑functional improvements
• Reduce variability and increase predictability in a demand‑driven service‑based environment
• Actively drive and support the implementation, onboarding and scaling of new products and processes within operations, taking ownership to ensure successful adoption.
• Facilitate alignment and drive decisions across departments
• Lead complex improvement initiatives requiring multi‑department collaboration
• Ensure that changes are effectively implemented and sustained
• Build a high‑performing production organization capable of managing day‑to‑day operations autonomously
• Coach and develop team members to increase ownership, competence, and accountability
• Create clarity, focus, and structure in a complex and dynamic environment
• Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement

Profiel

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
• Proven experience in a production leadership role within a highly regulated and quality driven environment
• Experience in GMP & in a service‑oriented manufacturing environment is a strong plus
• Demonstrated experience in leading operational improvements and transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and process‑oriented mindset
• Ability to translate complexity into structure and actionable improvements
• Confident in engaging with QA/QP stakeholders on content and decision‑making level
• Strong communication and influencing skills across departments
• Balanced leadership style: decisive and performance‑driven, yet able to engage and align people
• Proven ability to lead change in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
