Waterleau, based from our HQ in Belgium, seeks an Engineer to bring industrial water treatment installations to life across the globe. You will join the Engineering team, preparing calculations, hydraulic analyses, and technical notes to guide CAD work and develop equipment specifications for each project.

Ideal candidates hold a Master of Engineering with mechanics/electro-mechanics/chemistry or bioengineering, and possess knowledge of hydraulics, process flows, instrumentation, and civil

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Piping and appendages, Pumps is required.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical strength calculation.
• Basic knowledge of Electricity.
• Knowledge of Process flows and P&ID.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation.
• Basic knowledge of Civil construction works.
• Fluent in French or Dutch (BE) and English as well verbally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and/or review the required calculation sheets, hydraulic analysis and technical notes to guide the Cad Department.
• Develop the specifications for all equipment required for each project.
• Prepare the required specification sheets to tender and purchase all components of the Construction unit.
• Review the technical offer of Subcontractors and finalize the technical purchase of all components of the Installation.
• Ensure that the engineering final dossier is properly prepared and filed and that lessons learned for engineering are clearly identified.
