TCR Group is seeking a Training Program Manager to elevate how we train, onboard, and upskill our technical workforce across global sites. You will build a scalable training ecosystem with emphasis on operational excellence, compliance, and safety, reporting to Operations with cross-functional collaboration.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to implement multi-location training programs while tracking KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 10+ years in training management or L&D.
• Experience in technical/industrial environments.
• Built multi-location training programs.
• Strategic but hands-on with execution.

• Define and implement a global training strategy across operational and technical domains.
• Build a standardized training framework and governance model across entities.
• Align guidelines with local execution and ensure clear ownership.
