• Experience recruiting technical talent.
• Experience with single permit procedures.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Organized and with administrative precision.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiar with recruitment trends and social media.
• Creative ideas for employer branding.
• Positive, driven and a team player.
• Resilient & persistent when facing challenges.

Responsabilités

• You will actively seek out technical talent through various recruitment channels.
• You’ll screen resumes and conduct job interviews.
• You will guide candidates through the entire application process.
• You’ll convince candidates why it’s great to work for us.
• You’ll help with employer branding, social media, and digital recruitment.
• You will support international recruitment processes.
• You have experience with single permit procedures and follow them correctly.
• You’ll ensure a warm welcome for new colleagues.
• You will carefully monitor administrative tasks and reporting.
