Compass Lexecon is seeking a proactive Recruitment Adviser to support offices in Europe and Asia. You will help attract and progress candidates, maintain Workday, and develop forecasting models to ensure workforce readiness.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, refine job descriptions, and support employer branding. Strong analytics, stakeholder management, and process improvement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting lateral recruitment activity across multiple locations and stakeholder groups within a professional services environment.
• Experience working with headcount reporting, workforce planning, recruitment analytics, or talent data.
• Experience building and maintaining reporting models and analysing data trends.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience using AI tools and Power BI/Excel would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with local hiring managers to attract, source, and progress candidates for billable and non‑billable positions.
• Develop excellent working relationships with local offices, advising on recruitment best practices.
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Workday) and recruitment filing systems.
• Maintain and refine talent planning and recruitment forecasting models.
• Analyse headcount data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and hiring requirements.
• Support alignment of hiring plans with business needs and forecasted demand.
• Extract and validate headcount and recruitment data from Workday.
• Deliver cyclical reporting with consistency and precision.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting methodologies and data integrity.
• Draft and refine job descriptions for clarity and Compass Lexecon’s positioning.
• Support employer branding to attract high‑calibre talent.
• Manage recruitment inbox and respond to queries.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and recruitment events.
• Provide broader HR/L&D support across the region.
