GlaxoSmithKline is offering a 4 to 6 month internship in Belgium within the Global Supply Chain Planning team. You will support planning activities to ensure reliable supply and on‑time delivery, collaborating with planners, operations, procurement and logistics.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial or Business Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• The internship must be mandatory and formalised with a signed agreement between your educational establishment, you and GSK.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
• Willingness to work primarily on site in Belgium; limited hybrid options may apply.

Responsabilités

• Support demand and supply planning tasks, including data collection and forecast updates.
• Analyse inventory, lead times and service metrics to identify supply risks and opportunities.
• Build simple supply scenarios to balance demand, capacity and inventory.
• Track shipments and coordinate with logistics and procurement partners to support on‑time delivery.
• Contribute to small automation or process improvement tasks to increase planning efficiency.
• Prepare clear reports and visualisations to share insights with stakeholders.
