Viatris is seeking a Supply Chain professional to govern global flows across the full product portfolio, from KSM supply to finished product delivery to customers. You will coordinate documentation, evaluation, and approval of new supply chain flows and connect with business stakeholders and SMEs.

You will lead cross-functional reviews, manage a central repository, provide flow mapping in global systems, and support IT projects such as SAP ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience in Supply Chain Network Design & Optimization.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• SAP experience preferred; pharma experience advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Gatekeeper for Supply Chain Flows across Viatris locations.
• Document end-to-end product flows from KSM to customer.
• Manage central repository of Supply Chain Flows.
• Provide product flow mapping in global systems.
• Handle flow requests with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Lead flow reviews with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of flow requests.
• Provide Trade Flow information to Finance.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE flows for IT projects (SAP ERP, RapidResponse).
• Coordinate documenting, evaluating, approving new flows.
• Implement new flows with IT according to requirements.
• Recommend Supply Chain network optimization.
• Develop and rollout end-user training content.
