Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine invites a senior Value Chain Leader (VCL) to drive global supply chain strategies for new product introductions. The role collaborates with CMC, Global Commercial Teams, and IMSC to ensure launch readiness, financial planning, and risk management across the product lifecycle.
The VCL will shape sourcing strategy, develop the PSR, and lead cross-functional teams while embedding digital tools to improve reliability and cycle time reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering field is essential.
- Advanced technical degree (MSc/PhD) or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in supply chain operations and R&D with GMP/QA exposure.
Responsabilités
- Lead global cross-functional teams to implement supply chain strategies for new product introductions.
- Oversee NPI strategy, budgets, risk management and launch readiness with CMC and commercial teams.
- Develop PSR and secure stakeholder alignment for lifecycle management and launches.
- Identify future sourcing locations and set brand supply chain strategy.
- Mentor Value Chain Team and drive adoption of digital tools and customer-centric approaches.
