The role requires 10+ years in procurement with a track record in negotiation, digital enablement, and transformational leadership within a global MedTech context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of procurement or category management experience.
• Proven success leading global procurement initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Act as the senior procurement partner to global MedTech commercial leadership.
• Translate commercial priorities into procurement strategies and value delivery.
• Lead SDS-MOPS category strategies and alignment with regional needs.
• Drive supplier relationships, negotiations, and global cross-market sourcing.
• Deliver measurable procurement savings and value through digital initiatives.
• Influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead transformation initiatives and change management in procurement.
