The Boeing Company in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Senior Regulatory Strategy Specialist to join the Global Safety & Regulatory Affairs – Autonomous Systems team. The role covers worldwide regulatory activities with emphasis on Europe, shaping safety standards for autonomous systems.

You will engage with EASA and other Civil Aviation Authorities, representing Boeing in safety forums, and collaborate with internal teams to advance the safe integration of autonomous systems into the global airspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Law or Business.
• Willingness to expand into technical areas beyond your area of expertise; ability to develop innovative and novel approaches.
• Open-minded and comfortable working in a teaming environment or as an individual contributor while championing regulatory initiatives, objectives and milestones.
• Fluent in both written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key resource for understanding autonomous systems safety and regulatory activities across the globe, with special emphasis on Europe.
• Represent The Boeing Company in various safety and regulatory forums in the area of autonomous systems.
• Engage with EASA and other global Civil Aviation Authorities on Autonomous Systems topics.
• Work across the Boeing Enterprise to leverage existing capabilities and to advance the safe integration of autonomous systems into the global airspace.
