Atlas Copco Group is seeking an Engineering Quality Assurance (EQA) engineer for the FTK team within the Airtec division. The role focuses on engineering quality assurance across multiple product ranges and technologies, including DFMEA and root-cause investigations, to support global product development and field performance.

You will collaborate with design, manufacturing and supplier teams to drive corrective and preventive actions, maintain documentation, and raise quality standards across

Qualifications

• Experience with engineering quality assurance in product development.
• Familiarity with DFMEA and design reviews.
• Ability to train and coach teams on quality practices.

Responsabilités

• Reviewing designs of the products on a global scale, including justification for changes (calculations, test, etc).
• Participating and leading DFMEA’s
• Assessing application approvals for Airtec products
• Investigating the root cause for field quality issues like failures, excessive fault codes, bad customer perception etc.
• Driving corrective and preventive actions together with product, manufacturing and supplier teams in and outside of Airtec.
• Prioritizing quality issues and actions based on customer impact, safety, reliability and recurrence
• Spokesperson for Airtec in relation to field quality issues
• Keeping the knowledge documents and design manuals up to date
• Evaluating quality deviations in Airtec production
• Training the organization related to the products
• Reporting the quality performance on divisional quality meetings
